- Production is entrusted to carefully selected partners in China and India, specialized in the manufacture of custom-engineered components. Strict quality controls are carried out throughout the production process to ensure high and consistent quality standards over time.
- Shipments, whether by sea or air, are planned according to urgency, customer requirements, and procurement schedules. Documentation, customs procedures, and import compliance are also managed internally by specialized personnel, minimizing delays, reducing unexpected issues, and relieving customers from the complexities of international trade regulations, including CBAM requirements.
- Upon arrival at our warehouse in Parma, Italy, components undergo additional inspections before being stored and managed through customized Kanban systems. SR Tech organizes dedicated inventory, scheduled replenishments, and regular deliveries based on the customer’s actual consumption.
This approach helps reduce internal stock levels, prevent production downtime, and ensure the continuous availability of the components required for manufacturing operations.
