More Than Tooling: Complete Supply with Kanban Inventory Management
Our preferred approach is to manufacture the moulds and manage production directly. This eliminates issues related to tooling utilization, maintenance and moulding operations.
Production can be carried out either in China or in Italy, with inventory managed through our Kanban system at our facility in Parma, Italy.
